When I think of excellent customer service, I think of mattress Land. Instead of customary service, they provide outstanding service. One of the mattresses we purchased there was unsatisfactory and it was inspected and replaced promptly. My son purchased mattresses there for his new home and needed them right away. A few of them weren't in stock at the store so Billy made arrangements for the Spokane store to remain open until we could get there to pick them up. My son was in awe of the wonderful service he received.

I had such a positive experience at Mattress Land SleepFit! The store was clean, huge mattress selection for all price ranges, and the sales associate, Billy was absolutely wonderful to work with. Talk about a sales person going above and beyond! If I owned a business I would try and hire Billy on the spot. He is a huge asset for this company. If you need a mattress, ask for Billy!

I had a great experience with my mattress purchase. After visiting a few other stores, this place was for sure my last stop. Excellent selection, in a broad range of prices. And, best of all, customer service like this is difficult to find. The guys are friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and have a can-do attitude. He was AWESOME. I am extremely happy with my purchase.
