During the rainy season, close doors and windows and use air conditioning to prevent interior dampness. A dehumidifier is an excellent instrument for lowering the relative humidity in your house to less than 40 percent. Remove any additional mold sources in your bedroom, such as houseplants, wet clothing, aquariums, books, or damp carpets.

1.     Replace Your Bedding in a Timely Manner
